To reduce the risk, it is essential to engage in physical exercise before your trip.

GENERAL MEDICINES INFORMATION:

Sometimes, even you eat healthy food and drink safe water, you may get sick because of the mountain climate and other reasons, so it’s better to carry separate medicines for yourself.

When traveling in the Himalayan region, it’s crucial to pack clothing and shoes suited for varying weather conditions. During the day, lightweight attire such as shorts, skirts, or light trousers with T-shirts, long-sleeved shirts, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a sun hat are appropriate. For higher altitudes, bring warm clothing including thermal underwear, tracksuit bottoms, insulated jackets, thick pullovers, woolen shoes, gloves, and a sleeping bag to stay comfortable in the cold.
