Amazing Trekking Experience - Had my first trekking experience with Eco Nepal TrekkersMade it to EBC despite all the technical difficulties (flight cancellations etc). The team is very friendly and experienced, plan B kicks... read more on immediately when our first flight was delayed by two days. Eveything was still on schedule so I can still catch my return flight. A big reassurance to people like me who are on tight schedule.
My guide Kiran Doong is superb, he could tell when I was under the weather and adjust his pace accordingly. Altitude sickness kicked in early for me and persisted till 5000 meters, but I was lucky the reaction was mild without so much respiratory distress. with the right pace and a bit of medication, I was able to push through the extra training each day after our trekking and went all the way up to EBC. Amazing team!
As a family business, I was treated like a family too. After the treck. I was even invited to owner’s home for the most authentic local experience. Words cannot describe how grateful I am to make my first experience a success. Perhaps I should come back for a peak climbing soon, with Eco Nepal Trekkers & Expedition Pvt.Ltd of course !
