Tours

Nepal might look small on the map but when it comes to variety, it’s huge. On one trip you can see historical cities, Himalayas and lowland jungles.

Tours in Nepal gives you exposure to unique culture, days with soft adventure and a short nature break.

Why Tours In Nepal Special?

There are only a handful of countries that could pack UNESCO sites and wild parks.

In fact there are four world Heritage listings in Nepal. They are Kathmandu Valley, Lumbini, Chitwan National Park, and Sagarmatha National Park.

Each of these has their own speciality. Kathmandu Valley is famous for its living goddess, temples and Goddess. On the other hand, Lumbini is famous for being the birth place of Gautam Budhha.

Meanwhile, in Chitwan National Park and Sagarmatha National Park, you will see nature in its truest form.

Best Time To Plan Your Tours In Nepal

  • Oct to Nov: clear skies; big festivals and peak views.
  • Mar to May: warm, flowers in the hills; good for short hikes.
  • Dec to Feb: cold in the mountains but great for cities and the Terai.
  • Jun to Sep (monsoon): lush and quiet; build in buffer days for flights and roads.

10 Day Starter Plan To Cover The Beauty Of Nepal

Let’s say you only have 10 days but you want to get a glimpse of what Nepal has to offer. Based on that your days will be spent like this:

Days 1–2: Kathmandu Valley. Walk the royal squares of Kathmandu, Patan, and Bhaktapur; climb to Swayambhu at dawn; circle the stupa at Boudha at dusk. These places sit inside the World Heritage listing.

Days 3–4: Pokhara & Annapurna views. Sunrise at Sarangkot, a lake walk, and a half-day ridge hike from Kande or Australian Camp. Pokhara now has an international airport (many flights still route via KTM).

Days 5–6: Chitwan safari. Jeep or walking safari with a licensed naturalist; look for greater one-horned rhino and birdlife. Nepal’s tiger recovery is a global conservation success—keep distance and follow your guide.

Day 7: Lumbini or Bhaktapur. In Lumbini, visit Mayadevi Temple and the Ashoka Pillar; or stay in the Valley for Bhaktapur and Boudha.

Days 8–10: Add a one-night teahouse walk near Pokhara or Nagarkot, or a cooking class and museum day in Patan.

However, that won’t be enough. If you want to explore the full beauty of Nepal you have to go for a themed tour.
